Frequently asked questions

Can the app be used on Shabbat?

No. On Shabbat you only use the mechanical wheels and envelopes. Scanning is for Saturday night only.

Why is there no in-app payment?

KalGabay records the amount and sends email. Card charging is not part of the kit.

How do I add a member?

From the personal area on the website, not from the phone. Then print a sticker for the envelope.

What do I scan first?

First the QR on the member envelope, then the mitzvah cards inside it.
